The following must be submitted with your company application

  1. Copy of business license
  2. Copy of current insurance certificate
    1. Listing each vehicle by vin number
    2. Listing as additional insured Greater Orlando Limousine Association and Port Canaveral Authority
    3. $1000,000 Per Person, $300,000 Per Public Liability, $50,000 Property Damage
    4. Said insurance shall provide that the certificate holder's insurance coverage may not expire until 30 days after written notification.
  3. Mechanical Inspections
    1. Vehicles must have current City of Orlando or Osceola County Permit
    2. Or be inspected by an ASE certified mechanic
  4. Companies requesting Port Canaveral permits must attach the following.
    1. Drivers list with drivers name, driver's license number and date of birth and Orlando Or Osceola badge number.
    2. Copy of vehicle registration
    3. City of Orlando or Osceola Permit number
    4. $125.00 per vehicle for Port Canaveral Permit
Applicants accepted as an Active Member by the Board of Directors and the Members Of the Greater Limousine Association Inc. Will entitle the active Member to all benefits and discounts acquired by GOLA.
As an Active Member you and your company agree to abide by the by-laws and code of conduct and ethics set forth by the association. As an active member you agree to attend 6 of 10 meeting's a year. The association year run's from January 1st to December 31st
